Refund & Exchange Policy

At Alamgir Fabrics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

 

✅ Exchange/Return Eligibility:

• Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
• The product must be unused, unstitched, and in its original condition with tags/labels (if any).
• Exchange is allowed once per order.

 

🚫 Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• If the fabric is cut, stitched, or altered in any way.
• If the product was bought on sale, discounted promo, or clearance.
• If return/exchange is requested after 30 days of delivery.

📦 Process:

• WhatsApp us at 03137504869 with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
• Customers will need to send the parcel back via courier. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• Once received and inspected, we'll proceed with the exchange or refund (if applicable).

 

🔁 Refunds (if applicable):

• Refunds will be made in case the product is out of stock or defective, and exchange is not possible.
• Refunds are transferred to your bank account or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
