At ALAMGIR, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with an easy exchange or return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: The request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or original receipt is required.
- Note: Fragrances must be unopened with the outer cellophane/seal intact due to hygiene and safety standards.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotional discounts.
- Customized, altered, or stitched garments.
- Opened or used fragrance bottles.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please take a photo or video of the defect immediately upon opening the package.
- Contact our support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
We will send a replacement free of cost or issue a full refund/store credit.
4. Exchange Process
- If you wish to exchange a size or color, contact us with your order details.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, your replacement item will be dispatched.
- Delivery charges for size/color exchanges initiated by the customer will be borne by the customer.
5. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it.
- Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, bank transfer, or as Store Credit/Voucher, depending on your order type (Cash on Delivery orders are typically refunded via Bank Transfer or Store Credit).
- Processing Time: Refunds take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
