Shipping Policy

At ALAMGIR, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy details our processing times, delivery schedules, and shipping rates.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM or during weekends will be processed on the following business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or Email once your order has been placed successfully.

2. Delivery Timelines & Rates

We ship nationwide across Pakistan using reliable courier partners.

• Karachi: 2 to 3 business days.
• Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 business days.
• Standard Shipping Fee: Flat PKR 250 (Free Shipping on orders above PKR 5,000).

(Note: Delivery times may be slightly extended during sales events, public holidays, or severe weather conditions.)

3. Order Tracking

• Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or Email.
• You can track your shipment status on the courier partner's portal using the provided tracking code.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan.
• Please ensure the correct delivery address and contact number are provided at checkout.
• Courier representatives will attempt delivery twice. Uncollected orders will be returned to our warehouse.

5. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, unsealed, or missing items, please report it to our team within 24 to 48 hours with unboxing proof (photos/videos) so we can assist you immediately.
